The Cumberland County Communicable Disease team combines staffing from Nursing, Community Services, BT, Health Education, and Environmental. We provide disease surveillance, prevention,  and institute control measures for all communicable diseases. We investigate outbreaks or "suspected outbreaks." Our personnel work with the State Health Department, and report disease follow-up of all reportable diseases.
